Something To Think About
Have you ever watched a child with a new story book. How there eyes get so wide opened and hang on to what's about to happen next. Well for me that's the Bible right now. I'm like that child who can't get enough or can't wait to see what miracles god is going to perform next. Yes its true that some bibles don't have all the color photo's in them but if you just read the words you can vision god performing all those miracles right in front of you. One day just sit and read it out loud to yourself and just feel the love that god has for you and what's about to take place next. Its an awesome feeling. Try it sometime then you'll understand what I'm talking about. Love you all.

Hey Roger... I've been unbelievably busy lately and haven't commented as much as I'd like to but I wanted to let you know... I do still think about you and pray for you and I do check your blog frequently, even if I don't comment daily. Love you!!!
Sometimes we get caught up in the "doing" part of being God's children and forget the "being" God's children. Sounds like you are enjoying the "being" part right now. That part is so restful and rejuvenating. The doing can be too, but usually gets all mixed up with other stuff which can be distracting. Rich Mullins said he had to choose, he would rather be loved by God than used by God. God can use anyone or anything - a rock, a rooster, a donkey, a Pharoah, but he LOVES us and uses us!
I just want to say thank you. If you guys really knew how good it feels right now. There's times I want to shout and jump but I have to remember where I'm at. Your right god has put me where he wants me and for that I'm very humbled. Take care and please continue to read. I have a feeling its only going to get better.
