Good evening. How's everyone doing? Its in the early morning hours here in Bahrain and I was waken by my cold. So I decided to talk a little with the family on chat and as I was headed back up stairs something told me to sit and study the word. Well the book that I'm reading called Experiencing GOD it talks about following god on a daily basis. Trusting him for everything. It uses the term "map". The question I came up with is "Am I ready to trust God every day on a daily basis and let him meet my needs." See I also read that god wants a love relationship more than what we can actually do for him. If I will follow him one day at a time I'll be right in the middle of God's will for my life. Just something to think about and ask god what kind of a relationship he wants out of us. See no one relationship is the same. That's what makes studing his word and living for god the best part of living. You can never stop learning about him. Just when you think you got things figured out something else pops up, or we learn something new. My wife asked tonight if I was getting fellowship. I told her not with other christians but I was by reading and studing and praying to my heavenly father. Her reply was maybe he's enjoying just having me by himself and the more I think about it she's right. But, who's enjoying it more me or God. See I'm a work in progress and as I make mistakes in this life and ask for forgivness and learn from those mistakes god's going to pick me up dust me off and say its ok my child I'm here. God works in many different ways. Ways that we will never understand. But, that what makes wanting to know him even more enjoyable. See, if we get stuck in are ways we will never grow spiritually. But, if we keep studing and praying we will eventually start to understand what he has in store for us. I don't know about the rest of you, but, since I've been away I've learned that friends will come and go but, the love the are FATHER has for us will never go away. I love you all. God bless.

That sounds fantastic! I bet He loves that He's got you all to Himself for awhile. I feel like that's the same reason he keeps me away at school no matter how much I fight it. He likes having unshared intimacy sometimes. It's very fun, don't ya think? =)

Love you.

Unshared intimacy, the kind that will be mine in about a couple years. :)

Relationships with God are all the rage these days. You're not cool if you're not in league with the Jesus, right?

Hope things are well in Bahrain.
